You can choose from 1, 2, or 3-bedroom apartments.  All offer truly spacious, airy accommodation with an eye to a modern lifestyle.  Most will offer terrific views either of the countryside behind the village, towards the Salvatur and beyond, to Victoria’s Citadella, or out towards Marsalforn bay.  Each floor will be serviced by a lift.

The development in total represents a €24 million investment.  Care has been taken with the buildings’ design to allow for well-lit, gracious common parts.  All wiring and pipe work will be hidden out of sight.   All external windows and doors will be fitted in advance. There will even be a hotel-style lobby.  And 25% of the total land area will be turned into a landscaped piazza.
